For more than 30 years, FEP has been contributing to global advancements in night vision technology. Production, science, development, and technological improvement are at the core of our daily operations.
Our accumulated technological experience and competence allow FEP to simultaneously focus on both multialkali and GaAs photocathodes.
The production of micro-channel plates, image intensifier tubes, and night vision devices represents different departments within FEP. Each department is focused on applying the latest advancements and global achievements.

HOW DOES THE FLAG WORK?
SPECIAL DETECTORS
FEP offers solutions for weak signal detection used in nuclear physics, astronomy, medicine, lidar systems, and other applied and scientific fields. FEP manufactures detectors based on vacuum devices that provide high performance, an excellent signal-to-noise ratio, and high sensitivity in the UV, visible, and near-infrared ranges: IIT, single-channel PMT, and coordinate-sensitive PMT. Detector development can be tailored to individual customer requirements upon request.
SCIENCE AND DEVELOPMENT
The main directions of the R&D department include:
Expanding the capabilities of image intensifier tubes (IIT) in various spectral ranges:
- ultraviolet (120-200 nm, 200-400 nm)
- visible (400-800 nm)
- near infrared (800-1000 nm)
The department is working on IITs that operate effectively in the SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR ranges.
Development of photomultiplier tubes (PMT) with micro-channel plates (MCP), including coordinate-sensitive PMTs, optimized for various scientific and technical tasks such as nuclear physics, lidars, tomographs, etc.
Development of equipment for the production and testing of MCP, IIT, and PMT.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
The knowledge and experience accumulated over the years enable us to solve a wide variety of tasks in the equipment creation area, both standard and unique, even those existing in a single copy.

EXPORT POLICY
“NEOS NV” is the exclusive distributor of FEP products. The list of dual-use goods and technologies that can be used in the assembly of weapons and military equipment was approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1299 dated 07/19/2022.
The export of dual-use goods is regulated by Federal Law No. 183-FZ dated 07/18/1999, “On Export Control.”
To conclude international contracts, a prerequisite for confirming the intended use is the signing of an End-Use Certificate (EUC) and a guarantee letter by the foreign counterparty.
